Dezhou Kunmiao is a specialized trading company focusing on small-batch electric vehicles ,

including off-road motorcycles, scooters , golf carts , tricycles, sightseeing buses , and LiFePO4 

batteries.We are not a large factory - and that's exactly why our customers love us . We serve 

small to mid-sized buyers who need low volume, reliable quality, and honest support .

We have been in the electric vehicle business for three years, with over 50 successful shipments 

to the USA, Russia, Africa, and South America. We understand the real challenges of small-batch

shipping : Mixed containers with others shipment , multiple handling , and occasional transit 

damage , we build solutions into our service.

Our Core Business Model

- Sample order:1 unit available (100% prepaid)

- Normal order:2 - 15 units (fits small container or LCL)

- Larger orders:Please inquire

We primarily focus on the USA, Russia, and Canada. For South America, Africa , and  Asia , we can 

also ship but the minimum order quantity is 16 units per shipment .Others regions are currently 

not served - this allows us to stay focused and do one thing well.

When you ship 1-2 units mixed with other cargo, scratches and minor damages are inevitable for

multiple loading/unloading , short hauls, and rough handling . We don't argue about " who caused

 it". Instead , we have a practical after-sales policy :

- For quality issues on core parts (motor, battery, controller): Free replacement parts .

- We can ship replacement parts with your next order to save international shipping cost .

- If a part fails due to transit damage, we treat it the same way - we help you solve it, not blame 

   logistics.

2.Honest battery options

We only supply new A-grade cells for best performance and safety. Each battery comes with a 

2-year warranty . We do not use reclaimed or economy cells - we believe you deserve quality 

that lasts .

3.Improved packaging to reduce transit damage

We have learned from experience.Our current packaging includes:

- Iron frame fixation - the motorcycle is bolted to a steel frame inside the carton, preventing 

   movement inside the container.

- Extra foam protection for handlebars, mirrors, dashboard, and controller area.

- Reinforced corners for the outer carton.

This has significantly reduced damage rates for small-batch shipments.

4.We help you protect yourself

We recommend every customer to do the following when picking up goods:

- Inspect the outer packaging and iron frame before the logistics driver leaves.

- Take photos of any damage - carton tears, bent frame, scratches on exposed parts.

- Ask the driver to sign or note the damage on the delivery receipt.

If you have clear evidence of damage caused by the carrier, we will help you claim compensation 

from the freight forwarder.If the damage is minor, we will send free replacement parts with your 

next order.

Our After-Sales Commitment

- Core parts (motor, battery, controller):Free replacement for quality issues within 360 days.

- Shipping cost for replacement parts:

- If shipped with your next order → free

- If shipped alone urgently → buyer pays shipping

- Payment terms:

- For orders up to 10 units:100% prepaid before shipment

- For orders of 11 units or more:30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment

- We do not offer "pay after selling" or consignment terms.This keeps our business healthy 

and allows us to serve you long-term.

What We Are NOT

- Not a factory - we are a trading company that selects the best factories for small-batch buyers.

- No factory visit for first order (including samples).After one year of regular cooperation, we 

can arrange a tour.
